Accessibility Statement

Accessibility adjustments in the hotel: (Updated to November 2021)

At the Ohalo Manor Hotel we give special attention to equality and accessibility for people with disabilities.

  • We have three rooms suited to people with disabilities, with full accessibility and compliant with standards.
  • Within the hotel premises are accessible parking spaces on the side of the reception office, adjacent to the guest rooms.
  • Paths to the hotel restaurant, synagogue, and the various halls in the conference center are all accessible.
  • For your convenience, accessible bathrooms are located in the lobby, the dining room, and the conference center.
  • Guests with disabilities assisted by animals (such as guide dogs) are welcome to stay with us with their animal. However, in general, with the exception of such cases, the hotel does not permit animals on the premises.
  • The hotel has several accessibility kits for people with a hearing impairment.
If such a kit is needed during your stay, please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
At the reception desk there is a service station with a hearing loop (assistive listening system with an induction loop).
  • For your information, the Hermon and Rachel halls are located on the second floor of the conference center, without accessibility.
Entry to them requires climbing stairs. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to make these older halls, built many years ago, accessible. The rest of the conference center halls are accessible.
